The compact X-Track design and the open space between the body and mechanism promote fast mud evacuation. Result: more reliable engagement in wet conditions and consistent function when the terrain gets clogged.

The X-Track spindle line combines premium components: an internal metal bushing and two sealed bearings side by side for rock-solid durability. Sealing relies on a dual system—an O-ring at the end cap and a labyrinth seal between spindle and body—to keep out water and dust.

To ensure real-world reliability, the X-Track exceeds current ISO requirements through a comprehensive protocol of more than 15 tests. Fatigue, repeated impacts, UV exposure, salt-spray: each scenario replicates intensive use. Each pedal runs for weeks on test rigs under a 90 kg load, then completes tens of thousands of engagement/release cycles. The result: proven robustness, built to last.
