With two stages won already, Cofidis are displaying their strength on Spanish ground. Moncoutié's 11th stage win was his 4th overall on the Vuelta, while Estonian TT Champion took the lead on the 14e stage.
Moncoutié is now wearing the King of the Mountain jersey...can he manage to keep it for the 4th year running ?
