Keo, the road standard
Pioneer of the clipless pedal since 1984, LOOK Cycle introduced the Keo Cleat standard in 2004 to give road cyclists a lighter, more compact, and more efficient cleat–pedal interface. Its wide contact surface and low-profile design have made it the benchmark for power transfer, race-proven reliability, and compatibility with a wide range of road shoes.
Keo Grip, the benchmark
The new Keo Grip brings together our best technologies: long-lasting compounds for extended cleat life, wider Grip inserts so you can walk with confidence, and Silent Float low-friction technology for a smoother, quieter and more stable interface with the pedal.
3 float options
Choose the pre-release float level that fits your biomechanics: 0° for a fixed, ultra-precise foot hold, 4.5° for the best balance between stability and comfort, or 9° for maximum freedom of movement and reduced stress on the knees.
Reinforced front and back grip
The redesigned front and rear grip zones, widened by a total of 2 cm, significantly improve stability when walking. Optimized pads limit slipping while being more durable, increasing safety when off the bike.
Silent Float technology
A low-friction insert is integrated at the rear of the cleat, right where it contacts the rear pedal engagement lever. Silent Float materials & technology improve smooth lateral movement, limits abrasion and wear, and dramatically reduces opportunities for creaking noises.

Thanks to a wide, perfectly flat central contact area, LOOK cleats deliver rock-solid foot stability. This optimized interface maximizes power transfer and helps turn every watt you produce into efficient forward motion.
Perfect your setup and position
Dial in your position on the bike and boost comfort with the LOOK fit ecosystem. We offer three cleat float options, multiple cleat spacer thicknesses, shoe sole curvature-correction shims and optional 56 mm long pedal spindles to fine-tune your fit with millimetric precision.
