At LOOK Cycle, we believe that exceptional bikes and pedals deserve protection to match.
That’s why your frames, forks and cockpits are guaranteed for life with LOOK+, a warranty that can be activated online within 30 days of purchase.
Likewise, your pedals are protected for 3 years from the date of purchase with LOOK+, an extended warranty offered free of charge, also to be activated within 30 days.
These warranties reflect our long-term commitment: enabling you to ride longer, freely and with complete peace of mind.
Your legal coverage, naturally included.
All our products automatically benefit from the legal warranty provided by law, with no registration required. In Europe, this warranty covers you for 2 years against lack of conformity. If a repair is carried out during this period, the coverage is automatically extended by 12 months, giving you up to 3 years of total protection.
For all other countries, the applicable legal warranty period is the one provided by the regulations in force in your country. You can consult official information on the website of your national consumer authority.
What is not covered by the LOOK+ warranty

- Normal wear of components (cleats, bearings, springs, tyres, brakes, drivetrain).
- Damage related to improper use, unsuitable storage, unauthorized repair or voluntary modification (paint, non-LOOK-approved product).
- Maintenance not in accordance with LOOK Cycle conditions of use or maintenance.
- Falls or accidents: these cases are covered by our complementary LOOK+ Crash Replacement program..
- Paint, finish or pedal defects identified more than 3 years after purchase.
- Shipping costs if no defect is found following a technical analysis.

LOOK supports you, even after a crash..
Because your passion for cycling should never come to a halt due to the unexpected, the LOOK+ program also allows you, thanks to LOOK+ Crash Replacement, to re-equip yourself at half price on a new product (frame, fork, cockpit or pedals) during the first year following your purchase.
This program, reserved for the original purchaser, guarantees simple, fast and reassuring support. To benefit from it, register within 30 days after the purchase date.

Workshop and shipping costs remain at your expense.
LOOK+ Crash Replacement does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from improper use, but it complements your warranty to offer complete peace of mind when you need it most.
