Beaten last year on his return to the roads of the Tour de France, Alberto Contador dreams of wearing yellow again in July. The Spaniard de Pinto can count on an impressive close guard with the Czech Roman Kreuziger (Winner Amstel Gold Race), the Irish Nicholas Roche,  the Portuguese  Sergio Paulhino or the Russian Evgeny Petrov. In twenty-six years of partnership, LOOK and the French Federation of Cyclism have together written the best page of the history of track racing With its results and constant innovations (automatic pedals, monoblock carbon frame, ZED2 pedals) LOOK has established itself as the world leader on the ring. Whereas Florian Rousseau, Félicia Ballanger or the Olympic track racing champions in Atlanta in 1996 were the first to live this adventure, men like Greg Baugé, Thomas Boudat or François Pervis extend that beautiful story their way. An American business man established in the United Arab Emirates, Scott Ragsdale is an adventurer of the sport. Throughout his career, this long distance athlete has already finished seven Ironmen in seven days (or 25.2 km swimming– 1260 km cycling and 295.36 km running) and last year we saw him at the start of the crossing of the United States (RAAM) cycling (5000 kilometres). This season he will be at the start of the Crossing of Slovenia, Crossing of Austria, but also the Ironman of Busselton. Next year Ragsdale will return in the RAAM with the ambition of winning that legendary race. At 40 years of age the South African is a legend of triple effort! He has a huge prize list with four Xterra world champion titles from 2001 to 2010 but also 52 leg victories in this discipline. He also is the current triple winner of the Cross Triathlons. Stoltz also participated in the Olympic Games in 2000 (first edition for the triathlon) and 2004.  Last year he demonstrated he still was one of the best South African athletes by taking the 3rd place in the national against the clock championships. Before focusing on the marathon - he is three times world champion - the 38 year-old Swiss has built a huge prize list in Olympic cross-country. Double winner of the World Cup (2004-2005) with 12 stage victories, he also holds a world title in 2008 but also a bronze medal at the Olympic Games 2000. Since the start of the 2014 season, the German team focuses on long distance. And the results were quick with the victory of the Czech Kristian Hynek and the German Robert Mennen in the legendary Cape Epic and South Africa. The structure also includes the Austrian Alban Lakata, European (2008) and world marathon (2010) champion in its ranks. « Albanator » is one of the rare pilots two win at the Roc d’Azur twice, the marathon last year and the elite race in 2010. The German Wolfram Kurschat will this season again be one of the basic men in this formation.
