HELLE FREDERIKSEN
It is after having had her Masters in Physical education and Nutrition at the University of Copenhagen that Helle decides to devote itself at full time to the triathlon. From 12 to 18 years, she was part of the Danish national Swimming team, and took part in her first triathlon in 2004, which she won. She passes professional in 2008, and very rapidly she heaves herself at the summit of competition. Best Danish tri-athlete, her main aim is to take part in the Olympic Games of 2012.
