Adjustment offers a fore or aft advance of +/- 5 mm from the axis of the seat tube.

• EASE OF THE SADDLE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT

One easily accessable bolt makes mico-adjustment of the saddle clamp easy. Graduated marks help remember your position.

• VIBRATION DAMPING

The seatpost is entirely isolated from small shocks and road vibration by the use of three elastomers.
Two are internal and fix the seatpost in position by expanding with the action of a fixing bolt. Max tension is 5Nm. This is a much better seatpost solution for a carbon frame compared to the classic style of clamping the seatpost using an external collar at the top of a seat-tube that must be tightened up to 20 Nm to secure the seatpost.
The third elastomer is positioned between the frame and the seatpost and creates a 9mm thick shock damper.

• ANTI-ROTATION AND ANTI-SLIP

Due to the elastomer system and the shape of the seatpost, it is not possible for the seatpost to slip in the frame nor require adjustment to align the saddle due to the self-centering shape of the seatpost.

• COMFORT

The seatpost elastomers filter vibration and permit the seatpost to slightly flex towards the rear of the bicycle which improves rider comfort. With the softest grey elastomer you'll have the same comfort of ride as an ERGOPOST 4 extended to the maximum height. More deformation equals more comfort.
By using the different elastomers you can increase or decrease the vibration damping attributes of the frame.
